Dates and the venue of the Festival
The Festival is held from the 1st till the 5th of November, 2019.
Place of residence of the participants and guests of the Festival:
Russia, Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, "Adlerkurort", 3 * (3 star) Boarding House.
Venue of the competitive events:
The "Coral" Concert Hall, "Adlerkurort", JSC
(scene size: 10 x 12 m).
The organizers of the Festival are:
- The International Choreographic Festival “You're OK when you're in shape”;
- The tour operator for domestic and inbound tourism "Atlas" Tourist Company, LLC;
- Russian Children's Fund.
The Festival is attended by children, youth, youth amateur groups and individual non-professional performers from Russia, the CIS and other foreign countries.

Festival nominations

Age category of participants
- Baby 4-6 years old

Up to 30% of the participants of each age group are allowed to be younger or older than the specified age limits. For example, in a team participating in the nomination of a younger age category, there may be up to 30% of the composition under 7 years old or over 10 years old.
Panel of judges, members of the jury
- The composition of the jury is determined by the Organizing Committee of the Festival and it is made up of the famous actors, teachers of creative disciplines, Directors, Heads of creative teams, public figures.
- The list of jury members is not disclosed before the Festival.
- At the end of the Festival there is a round table, where participants and teachers have the opportunity to discuss the competitive performances with the jury members and exchange their views.
-The main judge / jury members are certified and licensed.
The cost of participation in the festival.
"Adlerkurort", 3 * (3 star) Boarding House.
Member package: 5 days, 4 nights
Accommodation 3- local rooms for one person 170 euro
Accommodation 2 -local rooms for one person – 200 euro
Accommodation 1-local rooms for one person – 240 euro
The price includes:
- 3 meals a day;
- Participation in the festival-contest (2 dances in 1 disciplines);
- Premium production
- Participation in master classes and round tables;
- Transfer from/to the airport or Adler (Sochi) railway station;
- Open swimming pool
Check in 14:00, check out 12:00
Please note that early check-in or late check-out is subject to confirmation by the Booking and Registration Department.
Team leaders of groups from 20 participants +1, get accommodation payed by the festival organizers.
